The Student Service Unit is responsible for delivering outstanding service and support to the University community. The unit is located within the student contact centre, Student Central. The Unit is particularly responsible for driving continuous improvement in student service at UOW.

The Manager Service Improvement is responsible for the delivery of exceptional services to students and other key stakeholders across the University. The position will manage the development of consistent and effective service across UOW resulting in a unified and high standard of service for students and staff. The position will manage projects and will implement solutions that facilitate seamless and innovative service outcomes for our students. The Manager Service Improvement will establish strong working partnerships across the University to ensure integrated service delivery.

Critical to this role is your ability to provide strong leadership, motivate staff, and strive towards continuous improvement within the service environment at UOW. The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in developing a customer-centric environment.
