Administration Officer, Property & Facility Services
Trinity College has a thriving community of over 2,500 students from Australia and overseas in its various educational programs, including a Residential College, a Theological School and a Pathways School. Trinity offers a warm collegiate workplace set amongst the leafy environs and historic buildings of Melbourne University’s oldest college, founded in 1872.
Reporting to the Facilities Coordinator, the Property & Facility Services Administration Officer provides administrative support to the College’s Property & Facility Services department to enable the effective and efficient delivery of a wide range of services to the College across its various campuses.
The successful applicant will possess a demonstrated work experience as an administrator who is well organised and has the ability to juggle competing demands in a busy office environment. Specifically you will have experience with administrative and financial matters associated with invoicing, quotation and purchase orders. You will also have exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (both written and oral) appropriate to work within a culturally diverse education community and customer service environment as this position has a great deal of liaison involved with stakeholder groups including, staff, students, contractors, guests and visitors.
