The Adelaide Business School offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Business. The School's mission is to stimulate innovation through research, teaching, and community engagement activities. The School of Accounting and Finance sits within the Adelaide Business School. The successful candidate will have proven experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate accounting courses to business students, successfully supervising higher degree theses, producing high quality accounting research outputs and, ideally, pro-actively engaging in relevant academic leadership or service to the profession.
Salary: (Level D) $134,801-$148,510 per annum. Market loadings are available.
Superannuation: An employer contribution of 17% may apply.
Term of position: This continuing position is available immediately.
To be successful you should have:
- Possess a PhD in Accounting from a quality internationally recognised Business School.
- Evidence of quality research output with a proven track record of publishing in high quality accounting journals
- Demonstrated ability to provide high quality academic leadership through the support and mentoring of junior academic staff.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high quality supervision for graduate students.
- Evidence of high quality teaching outcomes in Accounting at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
