This role will also play a key part in the strategy setting, co-ordination and delivery of Widening Participation access activities.
Working closely with the Director, Strategic Marketing Manager and Communications and External Affairs Manager you will ensure the development of powerful marketing and communication campaigns to support recruitment.
You should enjoy the challenges of a target driven environment and be a flexible and collaborative worker with exceptional interpersonal, influencing skills and leadership skills. Outstanding analytical skills and successful experience of using market intelligence to inform the development, implementation and measurement of targeted recruitment strategies is also required.
Cumbria is a uniquely beautiful region which offers extensive outdoor pursuits and cultural heritage making it a great place to live and work.

The University is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
