About the job
You will contribute to the smooth and effective continuity of the University’s student systems through a number of activities, including providing advice on processes, undertaking system analysis, and coordinating upgrades of software.
You will also play a role in the coordination of service projects for student systems, including preparing project plans, scoping, business analysis, and scheduling and reporting on current activities.
Skills and Experience
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent skills and knowledge of business systems is essential. You will have advanced business analysis and project skills, and the ability to prepare reports and documentation.
You will demonstrate a commitment to a customer service culture, and have an understanding of and appreciation for the complex interaction of system structures. Your strong interpersonal skills will ensure you are successful in your interaction with staff and managers at all levels of the organisation to deliver a high quality product to students.
