Students are at the heart of everything we do, we are now seeking an energetic and creative individual, reporting to the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education), to lead the University’s initiatives around enhancing student engagement and retention, and improving student success.

The successful candidate will lead a team of staff currently successfully delivering academic mentoring and study skills support, volunteering activities, and student personal support plans. They will work closely with the University teams delivering a predictive learning analytics solution in order to enhance the success of all of our students.

Candidates will bring a passion for working with and on behalf of students, a successful track record of leading teams, and of delivering student support and engagement, with evidence of significant impact in improving student success.

Please be advised that it is expected that appointment within a grade will normally be at the minimum point.
