We will look to you to play a leading role in developing and delivering our MSc programmes in Defence, Development and Diplomacy, and Conflict Prevention and Peace Building. In addition to leading and designing course content, you will lead field trips and deliver simulations.

To join us, you will need a PhD in the field of Post-War Reconstruction, State-Building, Peace-Building or a close cognate. Your impressive publication record includes articles that have become recognised texts or interventions. Engaged with key issues of public debate, and with important practitioners and stakeholders in your field, you have have what it takes to deliver a high profile impact. Crucially, you are an excellent teacher and supervisor, with proven leadership skills.
