About the role
The Administration Officer (Research) will be based in the Office for Research. This is an organisational unit of Melbourne Law School responsible for the administrative support, planning, management and reporting of research and graduate research student activities within Melbourne Law School.
Reporting to the Manager, Research & Industry, the Administration Officer (Research) provides high quality administrative support to the Office for Research and the Associate Dean (Research) and contributes to the effective and professional operation of the Office for Research.
Exceptional organisational and administrative skills including the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as an effective member of a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong client-oriented focus.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively draft, edit and proof a range of documentation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
