Psychology Lecturer & Teacher
Trinity College Foundation Studies is an award-winning program that prepares around 1700+ overseas students for entry into the University of Melbourne and other leading Australian Universities. The program equips them with the intellectual, linguistic and cultural skills necessary for success at university. The Psychology subject examines the biological, psychological and social factors that contribute to individual and group behaviour.
We are inviting energetic, and vibrant applicants who are passionate about teaching and have demonstrated experience teaching Psychology at high school, Foundation Studies or University level. On offer is a casual positon commencing immediately teaching 1 lecture and 1 tutorial on a Thursday. There is a possibility of an increase in workload in early 2017.
Applicants must have a relevant tertiary qualification and have at least 2 years teaching experience, preferably with experience in lecturing. Applicants should also have a demonstrated dynamic and engaging approach in the classroom with outstanding student evaluations.
Please note, this position is a teaching position, not a research position. We welcome and encourage students currently completing their studies wishing to supplement their income, or recent graduates who are passionate about student learning. This position would also suit psychologists wanting to supplement their private practice.
