Lecturer I Arts Education
The School of Education is seeking a Lecturer I in Arts Education.
The Lecturer will be expected to conduct lectures and tutorials for the Arts Education units presently offered at the School of Education, Lautoka Campus.
The Lecturer will also be expected to carry out course development, involving the improvement of current units, and the creation and delivery of Arts units relevant to the various programmes offered throughout the University.
In addition to teaching, the Lecturer will be expected to carry out research and consultancy work leading to papers being presented at international conferences and publications in academic books and journals.
A very good Bachelor’s Degree in Arts Education with at least 6 years post degree relevant work experience at a tertiary institute pertaining to the Arts Education OR a Postgraduate Diploma in Education with at least 2 years post degree relevant work experience at a tertiary institute pertaining to the Arts Education.
An attractive salary commensurate with qualifications and abilities would be negotiated with the successful applicant.
