Lecturer in Biological Psychology    
Salary Scale: AC3 - £41,709 - £46,924 per annum

The UWS School of Media, Culture & Society is seeking to appoint a lecturer in Biological Psychology to further strengthen the School’s academic profile in this area.

Applicants with experience of adopting an experimental approach to their research will be at an advantage.  Applicants should have a PhD (or equivalent qualification). The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to an excellent student experience by planning, developing and delivering an exciting curriculum utilising contemporary forms of pedagogy. They will produce and publish excellent research outputs commensurate with the stage of their career and an ability or potential to attract independent research funding to support this work. An internationalised experience is central to the UWS student experience and the successful candidate will support initiatives for staff and students to engage in international activities. MCS is a multi-discipline School and the successful candidate will be able to identify and utilise the opportunities this affords. The ability to organise and carry out teaching, supervision, and research to the highest standard is essential.
