Salary: HEW 5 - $66,562 - $76,454 p.a. plus 9.5% superannuation
The successful applicant will participate in the development and maintenance of web-based data management systems, which are built using the .Net platform.
A significant part of the role is to design and build the front-end for applications that are to capture and manage research-related data. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are required as it will be necessary to have frequent discussions with users regarding their needs for the web-based applications as well as a solid knowledge and experience in SQL/Relational databases - Microsoft SQL Server.
You will need well-established organisational skills and a strong work ethic, commitment to continuous service improvement, and an openness to generate and adopt new ideas and creative approaches to problem solving.
The Web Applications Developer is a role within the Research Division of Orygen where our leadership and staff work to deliver cutting-edge research, policy development, innovative clinical services, and evidence-based training and education to ensure that there is continuous improvement in the treatments and care provided to young people experiencing mental ill-health.
