An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to join the Monash HR Recruitment team. The Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for guiding a team dedicated to the management of the end-to-end recruitment activity, whilst delivering with operational excellence at the core and enhancing the client and candidate experience.
The successful candidate for this role will have an ability to lead, motivate and develop a team, as well as proven knowledge of end-to-end recruitment best practice within the current recruiting market.
With a background in a client-centric organisation, the right candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of guiding a team through high volume recruitment with experience in developing high standard attraction methods through comprehensive trend analysis to support the resourcing needs of the University.
