Talent Acquisition Assistant

Provide full administrative support and recruitment assistance to the Talent Acquisition team to assist with the delivery of best-in-class HR capabilities in the recruitment and retention of top talent to Boston University. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists and Director in all facets of the recruitment process. Manage the University job posting process for the Charles River Campus. Post positions to all external job boards and sites. Research potential websites for targeted positions. Source passive and specialized candidates by conducting searches on a number of locations including job sites, social media and other sites. Generate a variety of recruitment reports including: weekly position vacancy, positions filled, time to fill and other recruitment analytic reports. Generate all contingent offer letters and promotion and transfer letters.
B.A./B.S. or equivalent, familiarity with Silk Road Recruiting (or other ATS) and SAP is desirable, strong working knowledge of electronic sourcing techniques and web-based recruiting tools including social media and job boards and applicant tracking systems, excellent organizational, writing and interpersonal skills and one to three years of related administrative or HR experience. This position is 37.5 hours and non-represented.
