The Directorate of Student Administration and Services meets the administrative needs of students, members of UNE communities and external agencies by providing expertise and management in course
and academic policy, and in facilitating the links, information and infrastructure which enables students to progress to graduation.

About the role

In this role you will lead a team, developing and supporting staff to deliver high quality customer service, through staff training, coaching, mentoring and effective performance management.

Skills & Experience

To be considered for this position, you will be able to demonstrate high level organisational skills, the ability to think and plan strategically, and a track record in managing a team to deliver planned goals and objectives. You will have excellent interpersonal and communications skills with demonstrated ability in consulting, liaison and negotiating. Excellent analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills, together with experience in a complex, client focussed environment, are essential.
