The Directorate of Student Administration and Services meets the administrative needs of students, members of UNE communities and external agencies by providing expertise and management in course and academic policy, and in facilitating the links, information and infrastructure which enables students to progress to graduation.
About the role
The Customer Service Officer Admissions coordinates the University's admission processes as part of our knowledgeable and responsive Admissions team.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, responsive to client needs. They will have demonstrated ability to quickly acquire knowledge of
admission policies and practice, and to interpret and apply complex rules and procedures in a large organisation. Strong computer skills, organisational skills and accuracy are required for this position.
