About You

You will be an ambitious, motivated academic with excellent communication skills and organisational ability. An ability to work in a team and to be flexible and responsive is crucial to the role(s). You will have prior experience of teaching and learning support at postgraduate level and will be able to will be able to demonstrate research engagement that aligns to the faculty research themes and will support the institutional submission to the next REF exercise.

Applications are welcome from candidates from broad backgrounds with expertise in teaching and learning at postgraduate level and with research interests which align to those of the Faculty of Health and Social Care.

About the Role

Based largely on the success of its postgraduate educational programmes the Faculty is seeking to make three academic appointments to the department of Postgraduate Professional Education. You will join a dynamic and innovative team and will make a major contribution to the leadership, management and delivery of postgraduate taught programmes including co-ordination and delivery of research methods modules and postgraduate dissertation modules.

You will be expected to make a significant contribution to research in line with Faculty research themes and will be supported to develop their research. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a Faculty with a growing research culture and portfolio of postgraduate programmes which address key workforce challenges.
