The Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Information Systems is based at the 23-year old Albany campus, in Auckland. Our campus is located in the hub of the fastest growing region in New Zealand, Auckland’s North Shore; the North Shore is a hub for entrepreneurship and international business activity. Auckland continues to be rated as one of the world's most liveable cities, with stunning beaches and mountains, world-class food and wine, sparkling harbours, island retreats, and spectacular arts & events.
The successful applicant will have a PhD. conferred, demonstrated teaching and research expertise in Information Systems (analytics, big data and security). You will also have experience and/or commitment to engaging with the business community, to create research and learning opportunities. A proven ability to secure external research funds and/or engage effectively with business audiences would be an advantage.
