We are currently in the early phase of a significant institution-wide philanthropic and engagement campaign. We seek to appoint an outstanding individual as our Associate Dean, Advancement and Alumni Relations to lead this endeavour to a successful completion, and in so doing enhance our existing advancement programme.  Reporting to the Dean, Ilian Mihov, the Associate Dean, Advancement and Alumni Relations is a member of INSEAD’s Executive Committee and plays an important role as part of the overall leadership of the School. S/he will work across a substantial global community of INSEAD alumni, donors, senior volunteers, corporations, students and supporters.

The successful candidate will have an exceptional track record of leading and managing comprehensive fundraising campaigns at scale. S/he will be an outstanding advancement leader and an exceptional principal gift fundraiser, with experience of developing philanthropic relationships of the highest level and across different cultures. A strategic thinker who has a high degree of comfort with leading a high-performing team to drive effective fundraising and engagement through ambitious targets and robust metrics is required. 

This post is full-time, based in Fontainebleau, France – with extensive global travel - and it offers a salary commensurate with the seniority and challenges of the role.
