Job Description

The New England Center for Investigative Reporting (www.necir-bu.org), based at the College of Charleston, is seeking an individual with strong marketing and administrative experience to oversee and manage communication initiatives including marketing, advertising, publications, website management, public relations and special events/programs as appropriate. This position will create a more robust marketing program for the Center's current high school training program and international investigative reporting certificate program. This position will manage each training program's application process, issue and collect payments, and communicate will all stakeholders: prospective and current high school students; parents; alumni and friends; national and local media; the greater University and local communities; and scholars in healthcare, rehabilitation, and higher education.

Required Skills

B.A./B.S., strong communication and administrative skills and at least three years of experience in marketing, training and/or educational programs.
