This individual will be a member of the administrative team that manages the traffic of incoming/outgoing clients, phone calls, emails, and mail; maintains client records on billing system. Will provide assistance around clinic, office, and building management and maintenance tasks.
Perform administrative tasks at Institute main desk. Handle client phone calls, take payments, client interactions, provide administrative support for Institute clinical staff, prepare and schedule psychiatric appointments as needed
Provide support for general office operations including: ordering office supplies and managing bill payment; facilitating office maintenance; monitoring, updating, and distributing Institute calendar; scheduling meetings; record keeping for training speaker programs
Provide administrative support of Institute staff in variety of areas including conference planning, research administration, clinical support, special projects, institute scheduling, and space coordination.
Coordinate with Assistant Director on various professional membership credentialing and reporting processes
Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of experience required.
