Founded in 1872 as the first college of the University of Melbourne, Trinity College is a unique pre- tertiary and tertiary institution that provides a diverse range of academic programs to students from across Australia and around the world. About the role
Reporting to the Warden (CEO), this new and exciting senior leadership role will drive the development and implementation of Trinity College’s marketing strategy as a progressive and highly regarded educational institution. Leading a team of five Communications and Events staff, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of a strong and consistent brand across a range of audiences and constituencies. This role will also work closely with numerous internal and external stakeholders. At present there are 80 events on the Trinity College calendar annually. The successful candidate will oversee the calendar and ensure that the events are aligned with the overarching marketing strategy.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience and success in the development and execution of a marketing strategy within a complex environment;
- Proven experience in developing and repositioning brands that deliver strong growth and market awareness, leveraging an innovative digital agenda.
- Recognition as a highly commercial, detail oriented, analytical, engaging and respectful leader.
