Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator supports the entire CME Office by answering the telephone, responding to general email inquiries, and providing customer service. The person in this position supports program execution by assisting with accreditation database data entry, preparing for live meetings, corresponding with faculty, submitting accreditation applications, and maintaining supplies inventory. The person in this position supports our SCOPE of Pain program by providing meeting logistics assistance.

Required Skills

A successful candidate has a personable phone manner, is professional, reliable, proactive, organized and detail-oriented with excellent administrative and computer skills including Word, Access and Excel. Ability to prioritize, complete tasks in a timely manner and relevant experience in an office environment are assets. Bachelor's Degree required.
