Professor of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour

We are looking to appoint a Professor of Human Resource Management and/or Organisational Behaviour to join the HRMOB discipline group. We
particularly welcome applications from those with research interests that complement work already being undertaken within the group (details at:
http://www.lboro.ac.uk/departments/sbe/disciplinegroups/human-resource/). Applications are expected to have a strong publication portfolio at
an internationally recognised level. Furthermore, applicants should either have experience of or the potential to offer research leadership. From
a teaching perspective, the successful applicant must be able to teach to the highest standards and at all levels.

The appointment will be on a full time, open-ended contract, commencing as soon as possible after interview. Competitive salaries will be
offered within the Professorial scale. The minimum salary on this scale is £57,674. The starting salaries will be commensurate with experience
and qualifications.
