Position:                   HE Programme Administrator
Salary:                      £18,412 - £20,046 per annum
Hours:                      Full Time (37 hours per week)
Contract:                  Permanent

Leeds College of Art has played a central role in providing specialist education in art, design and the crafts for 170 years and has developed a national and international reputation based on the achievements of our students.

A vacancy has arisen for a Full time HE Programme Administrator, working within a team of administrators acting as a liaison point between students, academic staff and support departments to ensure that students’ needs are met. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly motivated, busy and committed HE Administration team offering and providing administrative support to Higher Education students, academic staff and support departments.

You will be educated to a minimum of GCSE level including English and Mathematics at grade C or above, or have substantial and relevant experience in an administrative position dealing with customers from a variety of backgrounds, you will also be competent in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint packages of Microsoft Office with an ability to produce reports from these as requested. Experience of working in a HE environment and working with the Agresso Student Record System would be desirable.
