About the job
Opportunities exist for a number of Help Desk Operator positions to provide a casual pool of staff to be called on in peak times, or to cover staff absences.
Skills and Experience
Successful candidates will demonstrate a broad technical knowledge, solving problems at first contact where possible. Your listening skills and ability to extract and filter information will be a strength, along with your excellent customer services skills and ability to respond to matters in a professional and timely manner.

In addition to your salary, the University will make employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% of salary on your behalf. The amount of superannuation you are entitled to will depend on the nature of your employment. This can be clarified during the recruitment process. You will also be entitled to annual leave loading.
