As Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education and Student Experience), you will provide strategic leadership for DMU’s education portfolio, overseeing the development of innovative teaching practices and ensuring an outstanding student experience. You will drive the delivery of our ‘Learning for Life’ vision, working closely with faculty deans and the Education Academy to create a research-informed, inclusive, and industry-relevant curriculum. Enhancing student success will be at the heart of your role, with a focus on retention, progression, and employability, as well as ensuring the university meets all regulatory standards and prepares for the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF). You will play a leading role in the Pedagogy of the Future project, driving digital learning innovation and shaping the next phase of DMU’s teaching excellence. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will also represent the Vice-Chancellor as required and contribute to cross-campus strategic initiatives.

This role offers a competitive salary, reflecting your skills and experience.
