About the role:
Reporting to the Associate Professor, Computer Science, you'll be instrumental in teaching, researching, and building engagement in the disciplines of computer science, software engineering, information technology and / or data science.
The position will significantly contribute to the development of offerings in computer and data science and is expected to operate as part of a teaching team in the course.
You will bring to the role a track record in learning and teaching excellence, as well as a track record of successful grant applications, publications, partnerships and ensuring the teaching and research nexus.

What we offer:
- The University pursues an excellence agenda and offers an environment where staff are welcomed and safe, and valued through development, participation and involvement.
- Total remuneration valued to $173,601 - $188,476 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $146,904 - $159,618 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level C), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. A 2.8% increase will be effective from the beginning of the last full pay period before 30 June 2025.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
