  • Undertake complex data analysis to supply evidence-based advice and recommendations to the wider organisation.
  • Define and implement dynamic strategic and operational workforce dashboards and reports.

Position overview

The Manager, Workforce Planning & Analytics provides comprehensive support and advice on the design, development and implementation of workforce strategies through the analysis of workforce data and trends.

The Manager, Workforce Planning & Analytics works in close collaboration with staff within the People and Culture Division and other University stakeholders, particularly the Division of Shared Services, Finance and Business Services Division, and Planning and Service Performance Division to provide high quality advice and support on all workforce analytics, reporting and system matters. The Manager, Workforce Planning & Analytics is responsible for coordinating compliance reporting and contributes to the identification and implementation of initiatives aimed at ensuring HR data integrity and accuracy and plays a key role in the development of workforce reporting and analytics skills within the ANU community.
