About the Job

UEL’s CRM (Dynamics 365) delivers end-to-end communications and customer service across the student journey, from initial inquiry to alumni membership. As a CRM Functional Consultant, you will need to work confidently across multiple areas of our large CRM system, collaborating closely with various departments across the university to ensure you provide best practices and support for the entire student lifecycle.

About You

As a CRM Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in managing the functional aspects of UEL’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. This includes system customisation, process optimisation, and seamless integration with other university systems to support the entire student lifecycle—from initial inquiry to alumni engagement. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions. You'll also provide expert guidance on data quality, implement process improvements, and deliver training to ensure best practices across the university. As a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate with technical teams, mentor junior staff, and represent CRM in senior stakeholder meetings, ensuring the platform continues to meet the evolving needs of the university.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need substantial experience managing technical and data aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Advanced certifications in Dynamics 365 with expertise in system configuration, customisation, and integration. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI, and proven ability to translate business needs into actionable CRM solutions.
