This is an unparalleled opportunity to contribute to and steer the digital and strategic direction of a Business School recognised for its excellence in research, education, and community engagement.
In this role, you will work closely with the Faculty General Manager and the Business School's leadership team, providing strategic and operational leadership to support our academic and digital innovation endeavours. Key responsibilities include developing the Business School's digital learning strategy, learning design, product development, stakeholder relations, and technology deployment. You will be instrumental in driving strategic change, ensuring operational alignment across the Business School, and enhancing our culture of excellence, trust, and accountability. This position requires a dynamic leader capable of fostering strong internal and external relationships, guiding and developing our professional staff and service culture, and contributing to the University's governance and strategic decision-making processes.
A seasoned executive with excellent capacity to oversee the full suite of functions in the portfolio, the Chief Learning Innovation Officer will play a pivotal role in our ongoing efforts to enhance and amplify the Business School's educational offerings both domestically and globally. We are in search of a proactive leader who can work collaboratively, strategically, and effectively to ensure we continue to strengthen our operating model and services to embrace and realise our ambitions. Experience in higher education management and an understanding of the strategic issues facing the sector both nationally and internationally are essential.
This is a continuing appointment offering an attractive remuneration package commensurate with the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
