The Graduate Research Academy requires a highly organised and efficient projects officer to support the work of a dynamic and busy unit. The Postgraduate Research Projects Officer will work as part of an administrative team and will report to the Director of Graduate Research or their nominee.

Applicants for the post should have project management experience and excellent communication, organisational, people and IT skills. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to work well in a team environment but will also have demonstrated ability to use their own initiative. They will have experience of completing concurrent tasks within competing deadlines and will have demonstrated excellent attention to detail and accuracy in their output.

Salary:

Administrative Officer I (2024): €57,484– €82,017 p.a. pro rata (9 points)

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
