About You
We are seeking an experienced part time People Professional with a proven track record in People Operations, team leadership and project management. You will thrive in fast-paced environments and have the resilience, adaptability, and proactive approach needed to manage competing priorities effectively. Your expertise will span across recruitment (including senior level hiring), management of third-party contracts, onboarding, promotions, pay, and contractual changes.
Experience in successfully managing projects and delivering impactful training is essential. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing our HR Helpdesk and equipping the team with the skills needed to maximise its success. If you're ready to take on your next opportunity to make a tangible impact, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As Interim People Operations Manager, you will provide maternity cover starting in April 2025, leading a dedicated team of People Operations professionals. You will oversee the delivery of a comprehensive People Operational service across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, effectiveness, and alignment with organisational goals.
This role involves close collaboration with colleagues to enhance processes, support staff development, and contribute to key priorities from the People Enabling Strategy. This is a busy but rewarding opportunity to lead meaningful projects and drive organisational success.
