Classification: Academic Level B
Salary package: $112,916 - $128,026 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full-time, Continuing(Contingent Funded) (part-time may be considered)
This position is continuing (contingent funded). The funding that supports this project is up to 36 months.

The Position

ANU Research School of Biology is seeking two Research Fellows to develop, test, and assess platform biotechnologies and engineered living systems to convert waste into valuable resources. With no two days being the same, this role is integral to the delivery/support of critical resources relevant to future energy security.

The Person

We are looking for a Research Fellow to develop, test, and assess platform biotechnologies and engineered living systems to convert waste into valuable resources. Their work will focus on organisms and processes to enhance mineral breakdown and improve critical metal bioavailability, building an ecosystem for waste valorisation. We are looking for someone who likes challenging problems and encourages team members and colleagues to workshop effective solutions.
