We are looking for a talented senior people/HR business partner to join our team. Partnering with a number of specific client groups, we are looking for someone to work closely with leaders to help build organisational and people capabilities.

About you

Visible – you will be a valued member of your client groups’ senior management team.

Understanding the business – you will develop a deep understanding of your client groups’ strategic drivers and how they operate.

Proactive and evidence based – you will identify workforce opportunities/challenges and provide people insights which helps the business understand their workforce and make great decisions.

The ‘face’ of the People Directorate - whilst you won’t directly manage operational issues (e.g. casework), you will need to maintain oversight and collaborate with colleagues within the directorate to ensure your client groups needs are met.

About the role

As a key member of the team, you will role model our values and help to drive-up capability within the People Directorate.

Our main office is at Avery Hill in Southeast London, but we also provide services to colleagues at our Greenwich and Medway campuses. We support hybrid working and would typically expect you to work from campus three days a week.
