Job description

University College Birmingham is looking for an Accommodation Officer to join our welcoming, dynamic team within Student Services and Wellbeing. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful individual to make a real impact on the student experience, here at University College Birmingham.

As an Accommodation Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our students have a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment in their halls of residence. From overseeing residents’ welfare and behaviour to maintaining high standards of accommodation, your work will directly enhance the student experience at UCB.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, approachable, and passionate about providing excellent service to students. Previous customer service experience is essential along with effective problem solving skills and a good understanding of the needs of students.
