Maynooth University wishes to appoint an IT Support Analyst on a full-time permanent basis to be a member of the User Support Team in IT Services. This role reports to the User Support Manager. User Support provide 1st and 2nd line support across a range of ICT services including device support and Microsoft 365, through a support team, service desk and a student desk. The User Support section works alongside the Infrastructure section as part of the IT Operations function in IT Services.

Applicants should be aware that this is a front of house user support role and as such, the successful applicant will be expected to work on campus to discharge their duties and on limited occasions it may also be necessary to work outside normal hours.

Salary:

Executive Assistant (2024):  €30,713– € 46,950 p.a. (13 points)

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
