About the Role
The Programs Trainer, internally referred to as the Experiential Programs Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering experiential activities and training programs that align with the vision of the Entrepreneurial Development and Growth team.
This includes the design and delivery of inclusive, interactive and innovative training programs that develop an innovative mindset and build skills to thrive in the current and future world of work across different formats for diverse audiences. The Experiential Programs Trainer will actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement and the development of progressive content.
In addition to the above, the Experiential Programs Trainer will:
- Design, research, and collate contemporary learning resources ensuring content is current and agile to evolving skill needs.
- Develop and deliver progressive training programs and experiential activities in a range of different formats.
- Ensure an inclusive and engaging learning environment for a wide range of audiences.
About You
As the successful Experiential Programs Trainer, you will have proven experience in developing, delivering, evaluating training programs aimed at current and future workplace skill development.
You will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to present complex ideas clearly and facilitate interactive and innovative training programs. Your ability to foster positive relationships with diverse audiences, including learners, colleagues, and stakeholders, will be key to your success.
To be successful in this role, you will also demonstrate:
- Strong digital literacy and a familiarity with online learning environments and eLearning tools.
- High level of motivation with the ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment.
- Proven interest in creative and innovative thinking, with a curiosity about future trends and emerging industries.
