About the Role
Under the guidance of the Team Leader, Program Delivery & Operations, the Program Delivery and Operations Officer will assist in the coordination of training programs and practical activities, to support Flinders University’s Curriculum Impact strategy.
This position involves providing program support, liaising with internal and external stakeholders on new and existing programs, managing work processes and handling tasks to ensure training programs and activities run smoothly. The successful applicant will contribute to an inclusive, innovative team culture, assist in continuous improvement and work collaboratively to achieve strategic goals.
The successful applicant will also:
- Collaborate with the Team Leader and other staff members to implement new initiatives.
- Contribute to the project management and effective operations delivery of the variety of innovation and entrepreneurial programs, including working with stakeholders across the University.
- Maintain training resources and information up to date to reflect the group’s program offerings and report on program results.
- Please note, some evening and weekend work may be required.
About You
As the Program Delivery and Operations Officer, you will bring a proactive, growth-focused mindset, dedicated to supporting the development and success of the team.
You will have well-developed organisational and administrative skills, along with strong digital literacy skills. Additionally, you will possess excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the capability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise tasks within a dynamic work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will also demonstrate:
- The capacity to communicate and liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve great outcomes.
- Experience using Microsoft 365 suite, Canvas or other online learning resources (desirable).
- Experience in contributing to the operational delivery of programs and/or projects. Some exposure to Project Management is highly desirable.
- Interest in creative and innovative thinking, with a curiosity about future trends and emerging industries (desirable).
