We are seeking an applicant with outstanding administrative skills to join our staff as Senior Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will work as part of an administration team reporting to the Head of the Department of Economics. In addition, the successful candidate must be willing, and able, to work well with others. The position involves a significant amount of interaction with academic and administrative colleagues across the department and the university, and key stakeholders outside of Maynooth.
The position is a fixed-term contract to the 27th July 2025. The anticipated working arrangement for this job is two full days of work on Thursdays and Fridays of each week; an alternative arrangement of four half-days per week (to include Thursdays and Fridays) may also be considered.
Salary
Senior Executive Assistant: €45,241 – €55,162 p.a. (7 points, pro-rata)
Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.

23:30hrs (local Irish time) on Sunday, 1st December 2024.
