Job description
Are you an enthusiastic Laboratory Technician looking for a unique and exciting experience?
We are looking for a proactive and efficient Laboratory Technician to join our friendly team and provide practical support for our Applied Science and T Level in Health students.
This is a unique opportunity to join our innovative team, helping us to build a transformative education experience where our students benefit from accessing the world-class vocational facilities at UCB that includes health simulation suites, robotics, and food chemistry labs.
You will take the lead in setting up the labs and our health simulation suite, source materials and develop requisition processes. You will be responsible for maintaining all equipment and keeping prep rooms and labs clean and well organised.
To ensure safe and effective science and health learning and teaching, you will co-ordinate and prepare resources that support the practical curriculum delivery of Applied Science and T Level in Health ensuring all Health and Safety regulations are met.
Being a valued member of our caring community, you will help our students to flourish as global citizens and inspire them with a passion for Applied Science and T Levels in Health subjects.
