Full-time, Balanced (40/40/20) Continuing position.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can demonstrate a willingness to work with colleagues on initiatives and contribute to the teaching, research and administration of the School, Faculty and University.
The Adelaide Business School invites applications for the balanced lecturer position in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The Adelaide Business School is ranked in the top 5% of Business School's in the world and number the number one university in Australia for Entrepreneurship Education. The University of Adelaide is the only university accredited as entrepreneurial and engaged (ACEEU) and provides students with the opportunity to refine their venture concept through its highly successful eChallenge pre-accelerator program and ThincLab community.
To be successful you will need:
- A PhD in innovation and/or entrepreneurship
- A growing track record of research and clear potential to publish in highly ranked journals in innovation and/or entrepreneurship (ABDC: A and A*; ideally also FT50 potential) and attract externally funded grants (cat 1 or industry).
- Demonstrated experience and competence in the conduct of lectures, workshops and tutorials in innovation and/or entrepreneurship
- Demonstrated experience and competence in innovative teaching methods and curriculum development in innovation and/or entrepreneurship
- Demonstrated expertise and the ability to deliver evidence-based practice in innovation and/or entrepreneurship
- Willingness to contribute positively to the Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Family Enterprise Discipline at Adelaide Business School, in terms of internal citizenship and service as well as external engagement with the broader field of the discipline. This includes the willingness and ability to support a workplace culture based on inclusion, accountability, problem-solving orientation, and emotional intelligence.
