At this exciting time , we are seeking an experienced Regional Head of International Recruitment and Partnerships to lead the successful delivery of our Africa, Middle East and UK International regional team. This will be a fixed term contract up to 12 months to cover the current post holder's maternity cover leave.
As Regional Head of International Recruitment and Partnerships, you will be responsible for creating a holistic and integrated recruitment engagement strategy for The Africa, Middle East and UKI region, ensuring that we achieve the ambitious targets set out in our International Strategic Plans.
About you:
You’ll be experienced in international higher education, understanding the value of international activities to a world-class university. Bringing significant experience of international recruitment and international partnerships, you will have excellent communication and marketing skills and will be able to liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders including those from other cultural settings to ensure success.
