If you are passionate about supporting entrepreneurship, organizing events, and thrive in a dynamic environment, welcome to the entrepreneurship team! We are looking for a motivated team member to support our entrepreneurship team. This is a fix-term, part-time position (20h/week) until 31/12/2025.
Your personal sphere of influence:
As part of our entrepreneurship team, you will play a key role in supporting the organization and execution of entrepreneurship-related events and activities. You will handle a range of administrative tasks and facilitate smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders, including students, faculty, and external partners. Your proactive approach will help ensure the success of our events and initiatives aimed at fostering innovation and entrepreneurship within the university community. Depending on your background, you will also contribute to designing, deploying, and improving programmes for entrepreneurship education.
Your future tasks:
- Assist in organizing and promoting entrepreneurship events, workshops, and innovation labs.
- Provide administrative support, including the preparation of promotional materials, and coordination of meetings, and reimbursement of expenses.
- Facilitate communication with students, faculty, and external partners.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
- Coordination or projects within internation collaborations and alliances (such as, for example, Circle U).
This is part of your personality:
- If you are a student or have completed studies, ideally with a background in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field would be an advantage.
- You bring early experience in entrepreneurship and work experience with project management.
- You have excellent computer skills and familiar with project management, and productivity platforms such as Canva, Google drive, Slack, etc.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You are a team player with strong communication and social skills, capable of working flexibly and independently.
- Familiarity with the administrative and academic structures of the University of Vienna is a plus.
