About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Manager (Australasia, Americas, Europe and Projects) who can make a high-level contribution towards Flinders International student recruitment in collaboration with the broader International Recruitment team, International Portfolio, College teams and broader University to ensure the University meets its strategic objectives and targets.
As the Regional Manager you will be leading the development of recruitment plans and new initiatives to attract prospective international students to study at the University, with a strong emphasis on developing a positive team culture, personal and professional development and recognition of results orientated achievements. You will also be representing the University at relevant events (forums, international recruitment events & roadshows, etc.) at local, national, and international levels.
About You
The ideal candidate will have completed a degree and have extensive experience, preferably in international education or marketing areas, or an equivalent combination of extensive relevant experience and/or education/training.
To be successful in the role of Regional Manager you will demonstrate effectively working in a team and autonomously and have
- Highly developed interpersonal and oral communications skills, including cross cultural communication skills.
- Managing high end customer service delivery to clients, partners, and relevant stakeholders to support promotion of the University within designated recruitment markets.
- Experience in, and extensive knowledge of relevant frameworks and practices related to working in an international environment preferably international student recruitment and promoting international education.
- High level of written communication skills and evidence of report writing discussion papers and business plans.
- The ability to provide innovative solutions relating to business problems and new business opportunities and the experience in the use of technologies associated with this role.

Ability to effectively manage a budget.
The position may require you to undertake interstate and international travel as required, including an expectation of working outside normal hours with restrictions on taking leave during peak work periods.
