Position overview Join our team to advance research in Earth science and climate change. Focus on climate monitoring, natural hazard assessment, and environmental changes using cutting-edge technology and data analysis. Contribute to understanding and addressing the impacts of climate change and natural hazards on our planet.

Key Responsibilities:
Climate Monitoring: Use satellites, sensors, and data analysis techniques to monitor Earth's or other planets' climates, including weather patterns, atmospheric composition, sea level rise, ice melt, and other environmental changes.

Natural Hazards: Develop tools and methodologies for monitoring and assessing natural hazards such as hurricanes, wildfires, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and landslides. Support disaster response efforts and risk assessment.

Teaching: Provide undergraduate and graduate instruction in Earth science, climate change, and related subjects. Mentored students and oversaw research projects in these fields.

Qualifications: Ph.D. in Earth Science, Climate Science, Environmental Science, or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in climate monitoring and natural hazard assessment. Strong publication record and a well-defined research agenda. Effective teaching skills and experience in course development. Collaborative mindset with experience in interdisciplinary research and disaster response initiatives.
