A founding member of the Russell Group, the University of Southampton is among the top 100 global universities and top 20 in the UK. Our academics and diverse global student community are helping to change the world for the better.
Our International Office Team is looking for inspiring people to join us in support of our strategic goal of being a Globally Trusted Partner by all those with whom we collaborate. Our International Partnership Managers have a regional role, using their specialist knowledge, such as its political, educational and economic landscape to contribute towards determining the University’s activities there and seeking out mutually valuable partnership opportunities.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive, partnership-focused individual with relevant expertise in all aspects of the agreement development and review process.
As International Partnership Manager, you'll be responsible for liaising with faculties, professional services and stakeholders to manage our international partnerships and agreements in support of our International Strategic Plan.
About you:
You'll bring a wealth of partnership experience in the higher education sector, you will possess the administrative skills and attention to detail to track and monitor our agreement process. You will provide regular reports on input, outcomes and on-going progress in partnerships in the given region. You will be an excellent communicator able to liaise and advise internal and external stakeholders to deliver success and contribute to the university's vision.
As a university we aim to create an environment where everyone can thrive and are proactive in fostering a culture of inclusion, respect and equality of opportunity. We believe that we can only truly meet our objectives if we are reflective of society, so we are passionate about creating a working environment in which you are free to bring your whole self to work. With a generous holiday allowance as well as additional university closure days we are committed to supporting our staff and students and open to a flexible working approach.
