Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Teaching and Learning Innovation Centre (Ref.: 529969) ( to commence as soon as possible on a temporary basis till the end of August 2026, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance. )
Applicants are required to hold a Ph.D. degree, preferably in the field of Education or a related discipline. Additionally, they should have practical experience in one or more of the following areas, including assessment and feedback, curriculum design, e-learning, survey design, data analysis, and advanced statistical skills (e.g., machine learning, multilevel modelling, structural equation modelling, latent profile analysis, etc). They are expected to have a minimum of three publications in internationally recognized journals.
Applicants should be self-motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team. They should also have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, good troubleshooting skills, and effective collaboration skills. They are expected to some experience teaching in higher education. They are expected to work independently, both as a leader and as part of a team. Applicants with a strong interest in higher education, educational technology, educational psychology, and quantitative methods are necessary to apply.
Successful applicants will be expected to support and lead work on Generative AI Tutors, Learning Management Systems, Formative Testing and Course Evaluation.
