- In partnership with relevant student-centered departments, build information literacy-focused programs that support the needs of our diverse first-year student body by engaging with programs such as the Academic Enrichment Program.
- Coordinate student-facing tabling events, orientations, and other outreach activities, including the Library’s participation in NYUAD student welcome (Marhaba) activities for first-year students.
- Participate in campus outreach and engagement programming and events that support student recruitment, academic preparedness, and retention.

- Coordinate overall assessment data collection, reporting and analysis for Library instruction and outreach activities.
- Develop and lead assessment projects to gain insight into the undergraduate student population and build student-centered programs and spaces in response.
- Keep abreast of trends and developments in information literacy, library instruction, and the Library’s role in supporting student success to create a community of practice among academic librarians.
