  • Use your customer service experience and organisational skills to help maintain a service directory for university staff.
  • Full-time (1.0 FTE) appointment on a fixed term basis 16.9.2024-30.6.2025.
  • Base salary range: $74,450 – $79,085 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the area

The University Transformation and Improvement Team plays a pivotal role in advancing the institution’s commitment to excellence, quality enhancement, transformation, and ongoing continuous improvement. The team is responsible for process, project and quality improvement initiatives across the University and oversees University-wide service quality and process improvement initiatives that enhance the University’s overall service outcomes and performance.

About the opportunity

  • Answer customer enquiries relating to the Service Directory.
  • Handle day-to-day updates for the Service Directory and UWA Process Hub.
  • Assist with regular reporting dashboards and reminders for the Service Directory and UWA Process Hub.
  • Assist in documenting work instructions and improving standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure data quality by identifying inconsistencies and inaccuracies.
  • Coordinate training sessions and assist in preparing presentations and reports.

About you

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications.
  • Experience in SharePoint, Promapp (Nintex Process Manager), Power Automate and Power BI is preferred but not essential.
